CSA Pick-Up #4

Rain? Sun? Both at the same time? Summer is definitely here, and the summer crops are right around the corner! Here's what the CSA got this week: 1lb+ Scarlet Turnips. 1lb+ Hakurei Salad Turnips. 1lb+ Romaine head lettuce. 3/4+ Butter head lettuce. 1 large Kohlrabi. 1 small purple Kohlrabi. 3/4 mixed Golden and Red Beets. 5 Garlic Scapes. 1lb Collard Greens. 1/2lb Toscano Kale. Edible Arugula and Raab Flowers. 1lb+ crown of Broccoli. 1 mixed Pint of Yellow Snow and/or Sugar Snap Peas
